Penthouse Apartment has three balconies, two which over look the Mediterranean. Two bed, one is double bed and other twin. Bathroom with bath and shower, fully fitted /equipped kitchen, dinning room and lounge. TV/ Satellite/ Video.
Two portable air con units etc. Cleaning service between lets. Views over the Mediterranean which is 50 metres away and views over the Sierra De Alcala De Chivert mountains to the rear.
Sleeps between 4 to 6 persons

Apartment 2 Two bed, one is double bed and other twin, fully fitted /equipped kitchen, dinning room and lounge. TV/ Satellite/ Video, Bathroom with bath and shower. Very large terrace leading from lounge with views over med less that 30 metres away. Cleaning service between lets. Sleeps between 4 to 6 persons.

The apartments have a private communal pool with showers and garden

Property prices per apartment

Low Season / Oct to May	£220 per week
Mid Season / June and September	£260 per week
High Season / July and August	£360 per week

Discounts for long term lets and discounts if both apartments hired at same time by same groups/families.
Prices are all inclusive of linen, electric etc

Deposit of 30% is due on booking confirmation & balance to be paid in full 10 weeks before departure.
